CRP No.1055 of 2022 CRP No.1055 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN J., This Court vide order dated 28.04.2022 has directed the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.426 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of communication of the order, excluding the intervening summer holidays, 2022. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur has forwarded a letter dated 25.07.2023 along with a letter received from the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, dated 19.07.2023 seeking extension of four months time to dispose of the case stating that due to the intervening petition under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, the court was not in a position to comply with the directions.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of four months to dispose of the case.

3. Accordingly, four months time is granted to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.426 of 2018.
