from shifting the Village Panchayat office of S.V.G. Puram from the existing place to the proposed place at S.B. Kandigai and consequently direct the respondents to ensure that the Village Panchayat office to continue in the present place at S.V.G. Puram Village, Vanganur Post, R.K. Pettai Taluk, Tiruvallur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.7.2022, 30.9.2022 and 3.10.2022.

ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that at present funds are not available for shifting of the Village Panchayat office from the existing place to S.B. Kandigai. As such, at present, no steps are taken for shifting the said Panchayat office.

3. If, in future, the respondent authority takes steps to shift the said Panchayat office, then the aggrieved party may agitate in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.27752 of 2022 is closed.
