Prayer Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, prayed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, seeking to call for the records of the third respondent A4/4887/2016 dated 22.06.2016 which is confirmed by the first respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.Vu6/18510/2016 dated 09.09.2016 and quash the same illegal and consequently direct the respondent to issue the legal heir certificate in favour of the petitioner and his brothers P.Anantha Charlu, P.Singara Charlu, P.Boovarahaswamy and sister namely Ms.Vyjayanthi herein. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.11.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter stood adjourned to 17.11.2021. On 17.11.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has given change of vakalat for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner or the learned counsel, if anyone entered appearance and list the case on 22.11.2021. Accordingly the matter was listed on 22.11.2021, on which day, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 24.11.2021, under the caption for dismissal.

2.Today, i.e on 24.11.2021, when the matter is called, again there is no representation for the petitioner, which shows the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to show any more indulgence in granting adjournments. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
