ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax or modify the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13882 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020 and kindly release the petitioner's passport in his favour.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed a first relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.No.6171 of 2020 before this Court, and the same was allowed on 12.10.2020, with a modified condition that he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Further, the petitioner filed a second relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.No.8620 of 2020 before this Court, and the same was allowed on 23.12.2020, with modified condition that he shall appear before the respondent police on the first of every month, until further orders. The petitioner subsequently filed a third relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.No.1819 of 2021 before this Court, and the same was allowed on 19.02.2021 with modified condition that he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. He further submits that the petitioner has been duly complying with the aforementioned conditions till date. Hence, he prays that this court relax or modify the conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police reports that the charge sheet has already been filed and the same is presently pending in S.C.No.49 of 2025 on the file of the Mahila Court,

Salem. Since the matter has reached the trial stage, it is directed that the petitioner approach the Sessions Court for the reliefs sought, including the matters pertaining to the passport and modification of order regarding leaving the Country.

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
