ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 18.08.2022 made in W.P.No.26265 of 2018.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that, the orders of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced the order passed by the Director of Collegiate Education dated 10.10.2023 by which even though the plea raised by the petitioner through the representation, which was directed to be considered, was rejected, he submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with.

3. Since the representation of the petitioner having been considered and an order has been passed of course negatively against the petitioner, no persuasive action can be made in this contempt petition except to give liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 10.10.2023 in the manner known to law, if he is advised to do so. 2/4
