PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue an appropriate order, directions or Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in the nature of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in No.681/A2/2023 dated 21.07.2023 and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent in No.681/A2/2023 dated 21.07.2023 and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. There are provisions to challenge the above order passed under Section 77-A of the Registration Act before the appellate authority. Since an alternative remedy is available before the appellate authority, this Writ Petition is not maintainable.

4. In view of the above, Writ Petition is dismissed and the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
