ORDER

Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 10.07.2023 that reads as follows:- "Heard learned counsel for petitioner, R1 and R2.

2. Both the respondents sail together in so far as they are of the categoric view that the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought for. 1/4

3. The petitioner has made a representation staking his claim on various counts and had approached this Court in W.P.No.31795 of 2019 seeking a mandamus to dispose that representation. At paragraph 5, this Court has issued mandamus directing the petitioner to send a copy of representation dated 20.07.2010 with a copy of this order to R2, who would then dispose the same in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner.

4. In the counter filed by R1 they state that representation has been rejected vide the Board proceedings dated 29.06.2022.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would then submit that order has not been supplied to him and learned counsel for R1 seeks a days time to produce the same.

6. Hence list on 12.07.2024 as item 1 for production of order dated 29.06.2022 and proof of service on the petitioner."

Respondents circulate a copy of order dated 29.06.2022 with proof of receipt on 04.07.2022.

With this, there is no merit in the prayer sought for as the representation has itself been disposed as early as on 04.07.2022. 4.

Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
