The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No. Not known of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and closed in CSR.No.240 of 2016 as no further action is required.
