ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.350 of 2013 dated 28.04.2013 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other competent agency or any other competent police officers.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and it was referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 19.07.2014.
