This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 239 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the order dated 04.08.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2893/2022 on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) did not raise any serious objection. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
