Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to treat the payment of Rs.5 crores along with accrued interest at 18% pursuant to the letter dated 05.09.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent as the full and final settlement of all dues payable by the 3rd petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to handover to the petitioners 1 and 2, all the original title deeds of the properties mentioned in the letter dated 08.12.2016 issued by the 1st petitioner, belonging to the 1st and 2nd petitioners, held as security for the loan advanced by Indian Bank, RK Salai Branch, Mylapore, Chennai the 1st respondent herein to the 3rd petitioner.
