The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 351(1) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No. not known of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police states that petition enquiry is pending and if the petitioner co-operates with the investigation, the petition will be disposed of as per the outcome of the investigation.
