Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Balamurugan, the learned counsel representing Dr.J.Daniel, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that the counsel on record filed a memo dated 13.08.2021 seeking permission of this Court to not press the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the memo dated 13.08.2021 as well as the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
