In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner to withdraw the petition, this Court has granted permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file reply to the Show Cause Notice dated 21.08.2019 issued by the 1st respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
