ORDER
The petition for anticipatory bail alleging that the respondent Police is trying to arrest him on the complaint registered in C.No.338/DCB/2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police states that no First Information Report is registered against this petitioner and that only a petition enquiry is pending.
3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials on record. 4.Considering the said fact, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on receipt of the summons and participate in the enquiry. The respondent Police shall complete the enquiry in C.No.338/DCB/2025 within a period of three weeks from today. Till then, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner. If the outcome of the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, the respondent shall be at liberty to register the First Information Report and proceed further. 13-08-2025 ep
