ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to modify the condition of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Principal District and Sessions Judge (Incharge), Coimbatore, order made in Crl.M.P.No.1144 of 2015 dated 24.04.2015 "the petitioner shall execute a bond sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (one shall be blood relative of the petitioner) to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore".

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.This Court feels that it is a fit case to modify the condition and accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Principal District and Sessions Judge (Incharge), Coimbatore, in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1144 of 2015 dated 24.04.2015 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (one shall be a Government servant) to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore" instead of "the petitioner shall execute a bond sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (one shall be blood relative of the petitioner) to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore". 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
