Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and fix boundary stones, in order to make fencing around the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.194/2 situate at Po.Meyyur Village, Padiyandhal Post, Thirukkovilur Taluk, Kallakurichi District, within a reasonable time as fixed by 1/4

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey his property situated in S.No.194/2 at Po.Meyyur Village, Padiyandhal Post, Thirukkovilur Taluk, Kallakurichi District, by considering his application dated 16.05.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was purchased by him under a sale deed dated 24.06.2020 and he submitted an application dated 16.05.2024 seeking survey of the same, the said application has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.S.J.Sathik Mohamed, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within 2/4

a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 16.05.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
