The present Application has been filed to grant an order of condonation of delay of 51 days in filing of written statement by the 2nd defendant in C.S.No.65 of 2024.

2. Mr.B.Arvind Srevatsa, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
