This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to give protection to the petitioner and his family members, based on his representation dated 19.03.2016.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and one Chinna Kutty and the said Chinna Kutty has not been made as a party / respondent in this petition. That apart, on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.03.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. However, the respondent police is directed to ensure that the law and order problem does not occur in the property in question and if there is breach of peace, the police shall take appropriate action against the concerned persons.
