This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in para No.5(b) in Crl.OP.No.15728 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was made ready in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
