O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Police on the complaint of one Senthilkumar has been constantly harassing the petitioner and the petitioner is called for enquiry at odd hours. Further they are forcing the petitioner to settle a sum of Rs.7 lakhs to the said Senthilkumar. The petitioner has got nothing to do with, a false case has been projected as though the petitioner is involved in job racketing case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent had received a complaint in

C.No.4851 of 2021 on 18.11.2021, the petitioner was called for enquiry on 04.12.2021 and agreed to pay the amount of Rs.2 lakhs on 20.12.2021. Recording the same, CSR has been closed. Now, this petition has been filed, as though the petitioner is being harassed. He further submitted that the petitioner had taken a loan from one Kanchana, sister of Senthilkumar, and the petitioner had executed a promissory note and a cheque. The said Kanchana had not taken any steps against the petitioner for enquiry and making demand of money. On the other hand, the said Senthilkumar has projected a false case.

4. Considering the submission and on perusal of materials, the petitioner is not needed for any enquiry and no order is required.
