This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the 1st and 2nd Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in the date of 28.07.2023 in Crl.OP.No.16693 of 2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 4(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16693 of 2023 dated 28.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
