O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 12.04.2016 stating that the counter petitioner had sold the lands by making impersonation. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, the petitioner has lodged the complaint before the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 12.04.2016. But the present petition for register the complaint was filed on 15.04.2016 without giving any breathing time to the respondents to enquire the matter. Hence, the petition is dismissed as it is premature and it is hereby dismissed with costs. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai.
