Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.136 of 2024 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Police Station, Coimbatore City, and quash the same.

It is seen that the present petition is filed to quash the case in Cr.No.136 of 2024 registered against the petitioners.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the first respondent has completed investigation and has filed final report through E-Court filing on 30.11.2024, in which the petitioners have not arrayed as accused. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, question of quashing the FIR does not arise and hence this criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
