ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 31.05.2025, wherein the petitioner has made a complaint against the Village Administrative Officer, who is said to have collected insurance policy amount from nearly 23 villagers and cheated them.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the written instructions from the 4 th respondent. The relevant portions are extracted hereunder,

3. Heard Mr.P.Krishnamurthy, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. It is clear from the above that there is a personal dispute between the petitioner and the Village Administrative Officer and the same is now attempted to be projected, as if large scale irregularity has been committed. This Court finds no merits in the present writ petition.

5. This writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
