This petitioner has filed this petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13385 of 2023 vide order dated 23.06.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the undertaking given by the petitioner, this Court has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13385 of 2022 on 23.06.2023 and this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- to the credit of "The Dean/Medical Officer, Government Medical College and Hospital, Adukkamparai, Vellore". Though the undertaking was given by the petitioner himself, he was unable to raise a sum of Rs.60,000/- and therefore, despite the order being granted on 23.06.2023, the petitioner is unable to get out on bail. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the said Hospital. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the amount to be deposited to the credit of "The Dean/Medical Officer, Government Medical College and Hospital, Adukkamparai, Vellore" is modified as Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only).
