Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to reconsider the claim of deficit stamp duty by inspecting and reassessing the property measuring to an extent of 3.66 acres comprised in Survey No.251/4 situated at Velampalayam Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District and consequently to fix fresh deficit stamp duty if any payable as per the present condition of the above referred property owned by the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2022.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner challenging the order passed by the authority in the manner known to law. No costs.
