This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 20.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22701 of 2022 to execute sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
