This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to issue patta to the petitioner for the property situated at Plot no.101, measuring an extent of 90 Sq.Mt., (968 1⁄2 Sq.Ft) in the approved layout vide no.P.P.D/L.O.No.26/2010, and annexed hereto comprised, in Survey No.155/2B1 and 156/2A and New Sub Division Survey No.156/28F in 90 Square Meter/968 1/2 Square Feet out of 180 Square Meter/1937 Square Feet, as per Patta No.6274 situated at No.101, Pandiyanallur village, Ponneritaluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed.
