The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 3.10.2022.

2. The representation submitted by the writ petitioner reveals that she has submitted an application to delete the name of her biological father. Since such application was not considered, the present writ petition came to be instituted.

3. The relief as such sought for by the petitioner in her representation cannot be considered even by the authorities. Deletion of the name of the biological father of the petitioner cannot be done.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that her mother divorced the father. The divorce granted between the father and the 2/4

mother of the petitioner will not alter the status of the father of the writ petitioner. That being so, the application submitted by the petitioner itself is misconceived and cannot be considered.

5. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
