This Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24684 of 2022 by Order dated 14.10.2022 was pleased to impose the following conditions:- " the 2nd petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to "The Dean/Medical Officer, Government District Headquarters Hospital, Ariyalur District"

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is only a driver and he has no source of income. He would further submit that in respect of the similarly placed accused, on the same day i.e., 14.10.2022, this Court had granted bail with a direction to make

a non refundable deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to the "The Dean/Medical Officer, Government District Headquarters Hospital, Ariyalur District". Thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Taking into consideration the period of incarceration and despite the Order dated 14.10.2022 the petitioner is unable to raise funds, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24684 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022 is hereby stands modified as follows:- " the 2nd petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to "The Dean/Medical Officer, Government District Headquarters Hospital, Ariyalur District"

The other conditions shall remain intact.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
