This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 708 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, 2nd Respondent and 4th Respondent. No representation for 1st and 3rd Respondents.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above Petition and after hearing the learned counsel, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that there shall be no interest for the delay period, in case of any enhancement. 4.Registry is directed to print the name of Mrs.R.Sree Vidya, as learned counsel appearing for 2nd Respondent Mrs.N.B.Surekha, as learned counsel appearing for 4th Respondent in the cause list, at the time admission.
