2. Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader submits that on 20.09.2023, report has been sent by the Tahsildar to the District Collector, Coimbatore District and within two weeks, decision would be taken by the District Collector.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
