ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.1492 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J1 Saidapet Police Station, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the IX Metropolitan Magistrage, Saidapet, Chennai, on 06.01.2025 vide Ref. No.LTN20230002421C202500003.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. Since the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concern Court, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 2/4

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
