Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2 to 4 respondents to consider the representation dated 23.12.2019 made by the petitioner to correct the entry made in the revenue records in respect of property in S.No.151/4 at No.19, Puduppakkam Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpet District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the 2 to 4 respondents to consider the representation dated 23.12.2019 made by the petitioner to correct the entry made in the revenue records in respect of property in S.No.151/4 at No.19, Puduppakkam Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpet District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2019 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
