These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has filed a counter affidavit and raised serious objections in allowing the petitions.

4. However, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, particularly, the reasons set forth in paragraph No.8, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if it is otherwise in order.
