Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondent herein for his willful and deliberate intention, not to obey the order dated 30.04.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.13549 of 2019 under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.13549 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019 has not been complied with.

2. After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, by issuing an order dated 09.11.2019. He has also produced the copy of the said order. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open for him to challenge the same in a manner known to law in an appropriate Forum.
4. Granting such liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed.
