O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider his online application dated 20.03.2024 and 03.09.2024 seeking survey of his land situated in S.Nos.14/2, 15/6 & 15/8 at Mummdi Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above said land belonged to him under patta No.1087 and he submitted online application seeking survey of the property and the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 20.03.2024 and 03.09.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
