This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.5588 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that order of this Court dated 05.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.5588 of 2024 has been complied with. He has filed the copy of the proceedings dated 09.11.2024 passed by the official respondent on the petitioner's representation.

4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law as against the order passed by the official respondent, if he is aggrieved with the same.
