This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the direction of this Court passed in W.P. No.7989 of 2024, on 22.03.2024 not been complied 1/4

by the 1st respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the representation of the petitioner to remove his name from the History Sheet Register was considered and in view of fresh case against him, his request was declined and the order was passed with that effect on 03.09.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the said order is now been impugned in the Writ Petition and the matter is pending before this Court in W.P.No.31604 of 2024. 4.
