Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobeying the order of this High Court in W.P.No.3616 of 2024 dated 16.02.2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 16.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3616 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to account 50% service of the petitioner rendered as part time Agriculture Instructor from 21.10.1985 to 07.01.2000 along with regular service for the purpose of pensionery benefits and pay arrears of pension within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court dated 16.02.2024, the respondents filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.889 of 2025 before

this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dismissed the same by judgment dated 28.03.2025. However, to comply the order passed by this Court, the Hon'ble Division Bench has extended the time for further period of four months.

In view of the above submission, the contemnors/respondents are directed to comply the order passed by this Court dated 16.02.2024, within a period as stipulated by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
