PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner as a sanitary worker in second respondent Town Panchayat by considering the petitioner's eight years meritorious service pursuant to the interview dated 13.03.2017 held by the second respondent for filling up the existing vacancy.
