O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur, Krishnagiri District insofar as it relates to Crime No.22 of 2013.

2. The petitioners herein lodged a complaint as against the Managing Director of Rathna Bankers and 3 others for the alleged offence under sections 406, 420 and 384 IPC on 20.11.2013. Till date, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating with the respondent police and the address furnished by him is also not correct.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.22/2013 and file a final report as early as possible. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

6. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
