(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR.J.,) The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 181 days in filing the above review in Rev.Appl.S./R.No.6100 of 2025.

2. Ms. M.Punnagai, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advoccate, takes notice for R3 and R4.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they have no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and with an intention of giving opportunity to the applicant to agitate his rights and contentions on merits, we are inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
