On 27.07.2023, this Court has passed the following order: "9. Therefore, this application is allowed and the 1st respondent / 1st defendant is directed to furnish security for the suit claim of Rs.1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty Five Lakhs Only) on or before 16.08.2023. Failing which, the petition mentioned property shall be attached before Judgment."

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that as directed, the first respondent / first defendant did not furnish any security as per the above order.

3. Since the first respondent / first defendant failed to furnish security as directed, attachment of the schedule mentioned property is ordered. Registry is directed to sent a copy of this order to the Office of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee.
