2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that there are 9 listed witnesses to be examined in this case. The trial Court is fixed to commence the trial on 15.11.2023 and undertakes to complete the examination of witnesses on the side of the prosecution within a period of three months.

3. Recording the undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to marshal their witnesses and complete the examination of witnesses within a period of three months from today.
