ORDER

By order dated 23.10.2025, the matter was referred for mediation. The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre has submitted mediation report dated 16.03.2026 stating that an agreement was reached. Mediation agreement dated 13.03.2026 is annexed thereto. Such agreement records that the respondent has deposited a sum of Rs.3,27,958/- into the petitioner's bank account on 10.03.2026 by way of bank transfer. It is also recorded that this sum is in full and final settlement of all claims made by the petitioner against the respondent. It is also recorded that the parties have no further claims against each other.

2. In view of the out of Court settlement, this petition is dismissed as settled out of Court.
