ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the leaned Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, to dispose of the EP.No.19 of 2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein filed RLTOP.No.23 of 2022 seeking re-possession of the property and obtained an order for re-possession. The said order was put in execution petition in E.P.No.19 of 2022.

4. The perusal of the E-Court entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that on 06.09.2022 the counsel entered appearance 2 / 6

for the respondent and he undertook to file vakalat for the respondent.

5. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Rahul.S Shah Vs. Jitender Kumar, reported in 2021 6 SCC 418, the execution application shall be disposed of within a period of six months. Therefore, I am inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose of EP.No.19 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
