ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned communication, dated 12.04.2023 vide letter No.Ni.A4/Co.197/772/2023 passed by the 2nd respondent and direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's husband service from 01.07.2022 and grant all other benefits including pension benefits to the petitioner within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or by her respective counsel. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
