This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No. 387 of 2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police, on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.387 of 2022, investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed on 15.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannar Kovil.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
